
I am so happy to be back and recharge my travel “battery” for the next couple of weeks. Don’t get me wrong, I love to travel and exploree the world but doing it every second week while studying and working can sometimes me very stressful. So brace yourself, exams are coming!
To use my little travel break of four weeks before I head
back to beautiful Barcelona, Spain, I will use the time to work on my blog. I can’t
wait to share more of my experience with you guys!
But before I talk more about my past, current and future
trips, I just wanted to give you guys a few impressions of my life. I think the
beauty of keeping a blog is that you can always choose yourself what you would
like to blog about, because you are not following any guidelines. So what do I want
to talk about?
I don’t know about you guys but I found it very hard to eat
clean while traveling. It doesn’t matter how many healthy snacks I am taking
with me or how much healthy protein I am consuming, in the end there is a point
where it ends up being something cheap and fast. How do you guys experience
that?
As soon as I am at home, I do not have an issue to stay consistent
with my healthy diet. Maybe the daily gym sessions motivate me. I just realized
the amount of unhealthy foods I consume while being on the go just recently
started bothering me as I am traveling more often. I love having a routine in
my daily life – and I love being consistent and healthy.
So guys, how do you stay healthy for a low price while
traveling?
